What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between hirify.global and automotive supplier partners.
• Coordinate technical discussions and contract negotiations for strategic sourcing efforts.
• Align internal teams and supplier partners on technical and commercial deliverables.
• Track program milestones and deliver progress reports to key stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage program finances through budget preparation and diligent oversight.
• Lead collaborative meetings to proactively resolve obstacles to project completion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in automotive program management or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in product development processes, systems, and milestones.
• Strong ability to define complex problems, achieve team alignment, and deliver strategic solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including the capacity to provide necessary pushback.
• Location: Must work on-site in Mountain View, California.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Design Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Expertise in sourcing, supply chain, or quality management.
