What you will do

• Partner with regional sales teams to develop strategic and technical account plans.
• Demonstrate the value of hirify.global technology through live presentations and product demonstrations.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, leading the solutioning phase and acting as a technical advocate.
• Execute well-defined, outcome-focused Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Build and maintain technical relationships with customers, technology partners, and delivery partners.
• Represent the company as a thought leader and speaker at marketing-led events.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales or customer-facing consulting roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced cloud environment and design Zero Trust security strategies.
• Must be based in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-on (SSO), Security, and API-based solutions.
• Knowledge of network security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
• Proficiency in IT Security or Developer domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Hands-on development experience in JavaScript, Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
