• Develop and execute the global GSI strategy and GTM plans, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships that drive meaningful revenue and influence with Enterprise customers.
• Establish deep relationships with partners to build dedicated Okta practices.
• Collaborate with direct and indirect theater leadership and partner executive teams.

Requirements

• Proven success leading and scaling teams within hyper-growth SaaS or security companies.
• Track record of orchestrating high-value GSI alliances that exceed strategic growth and revenue targets.
• Experience evolving partner programs and leading market-entry initiatives across global markets.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting strategy and metrics to C-level and Board audiences.
• Deep existing relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC are a requirement for consideration.
• Must be based in the US (compensation ranges specified for CA, CO, IL, NY, and WA).
