What you will do
- Attract, recruit, hire, and mentor the Enterprise sales leadership team, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Drive and overachieve against sales targets for the East and Canada territories.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan with accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.
- Define value propositions and implement GTM strategies to maximize regional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, legal, and marketing to optimize customer experience.
- Maintain and develop senior-level contacts within the partner ecosystem, including ISVs, resellers, and GSIs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and running Enterprise sales teams in the software industry.
- 3+ years of experience as a second-line sales leader.
- Proven track record of leading a sales organization with $20M+ ARR and 40%+ growth.
- Deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud GTM models and subscription software.
- Mastery of consultative selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
- Must be based in the USA or Canada.
