TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS/Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth and managing Okta’s largest customers with an accent on net new logo generation and C-suite relationship management. Focus on executing account strategies, navigating complex sales cycles, and utilizing the MEDDPICC framework to exceed revenue targets.

Location: Remote within St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO. This role requires in-person onboarding and travel to the San Francisco, CA HQ during the first week of employment.

Salary: $288,000 — $432,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Establish long-term visions and plans for net new logo pipeline generation.
  • Deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth.
  • Develop account strategies to drive sales opportunities and predictable bookings.
  • Build and cultivate networks of C-suite decision-makers in prospect accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements to consistently meet and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with the Okta ecosystem, including partners, xDRs, and Presales.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of success in growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level decision makers.
  • Expertise using a sales framework, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Significant experience selling in partnership with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to cultivate customer and prospect relationships.
  • Must be able to travel to San Francisco, CA for first-week onboarding.
