TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS/Security): Driving territory growth and revenue targets for the Auth0 identity platform with an accent on net new logo acquisition and relationship cultivation. Focus on navigating complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles and pitching to CTO, Engineering, and Architecture decision makers.

Location: Remote (US). Must be able to travel to San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL for in-person onboarding during the first week of employment.

Salary: $308,000 — $402,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute long-term plans for net new logo pipeline generation.
  • Deliver consistent revenue targets to ensure year-over-year territory growth.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within prospect accounts, specifically within CTO, Product, Engineering, and Architecture organizations.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close complex agreements to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with the wider Okta ecosystem, including xDRs, Partners, and Presales.
  • Travel as necessary to build and maintain high-value customer and prospect relationships.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of success in growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of pitching and closing to Product, Engineering, and Architecture decision makers.
  • Deep technical discovery skills that resonate with the developer community.
  • Expertise in using a Sales Framework, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Strong ability to connect technical sales to a company's business outcomes.
  • Must be based in the USA to align with compensation and benefit structures.
