TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and expanding hirify.global's footprint within the largest enterprise customers with an accent on C-suite relationship management and net new logo acquisition. Focus on executing complex sales cycles using the MEDDPICC framework and leveraging the partner ecosystem to secure identity infrastructure.

Location: Remote (US). Target locations include California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.

Salary: $308,000 — $424,000 USD OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for net new logo pipeline generation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets to support territory growth.
  • Build and cultivate networks of C-suite decision-makers in strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise agreements and scope bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (xDRs, Presales) and external GSI partners to identify opportunities.
  • Apply a value-based sales approach using the MEDDPICC framework.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of selling into the C-suite and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Expertise in sales frameworks, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Significant experience selling in partnership with Global System Integrators (GSIs).
  • Must be based in the US (specifically target states: CA, CO, IL, NY, WA).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for all technical aptitudes.
