TL;DR

Senior SMB Customer Account Executive (SaaS): Driving territory growth through net new logo acquisition and expansion of existing hirify.global Platform customers with an accent on value-based sales and C-suite engagement. Focus on executing complex sales cycles, utilizing the MEDDPICC framework, and leveraging the partner ecosystem to deliver predictable revenue.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL or Washington, DC). Requires in-person onboarding and travel to San Francisco, CA HQ during the first week of employment.

Salary: $136,000 — $204,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Establish and execute long-term strategies for net new logo pipeline generation.
  • Deliver consistent revenue targets to support YoY territory growth.
  • Identify and gain access to C-level decision-makers in prospect accounts.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed revenue quota targets.
  • Collaborate with xDRs, partners, and presales teams within the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Apply a value-based sales approach using the MEDDPICC framework.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven experience selling to C-suite executives and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Significant experience working with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem.
  • Expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Ability to travel to San Francisco, CA for mandatory in-person onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences of all levels.
