TL;DR
Senior Corporate Account Executive (SaaS): Driving territory growth through net new logo acquisition and expansion of existing Okta Platform customers with an accent on value-based sales and C-suite engagement. Location: Remote (USA). Requires in-person onboarding and travel to the San Francisco, CA HQ office during the first week of employment.
Salary: $212,000 — $318,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Establish a long-term vision and plan for net new logo pipeline generation.
- Deliver consistent revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth.
- Identify and engage C-suite decision makers to drive sales opportunities and bookings.
- Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to consistently meet and exceed revenue quotas.
- Collaborate with xDRs, Partners, Presales, and Customer First teams within the Okta ecosystem.
- Apply a value-based sales approach to provide compelling perspectives to customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
- Proven ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand with C-level decision makers.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Significant experience selling in partnership with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem.
- Expertise using a sales framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Must be based in the US (specifically targeting candidates in CA, CO, IL, NY, and WA).
