What you will do

  • Develop and execute long-term plans for net new logo pipeline generation and territory growth.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within government agencies to drive sales opportunities.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close complex agreements to meet and exceed revenue quota targets.
  • Utilize sales frameworks like MEDDPICC to maintain forecasting accuracy and opportunity hygiene.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (xDRs, Presales, Customer First) and external partners such as AWS and SIs.
  • Conduct Executive Stakeholder alignment and run Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of success in growing revenue for complex Public Sector and enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of pitching and closing deals with Product, Engineering, and Architecture decision-makers.
  • Strong technical acumen with a grasp of the product development lifecycle, DevOps, and engineering terminology.
  • Expertise in using Sales Frameworks, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Impeccable communication skills for presenting to both practitioners and executives.
  • Must be based in Melbourne, Australia to support the hybrid work model.
