TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise (Cybersecurity): Driving territory growth and revenue targets for medium-sized enterprise customers with an accent on net new logo generation and relationship cultivation. Location: Remote (US). Requires in-person onboarding and travel to San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL during the first week of employment.

Salary: $288,000 — $396,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Establish and execute a long-term vision for net new logo pipeline generation.
  • Deliver consistent revenue targets to ensure year-over-year territory growth.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive predictable bookings.
  • Build and nurture networks with C-level decision makers in prospect accounts.
  • Negotiate and close complex agreements to exceed revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with xDRs, partners, and presales within the hirify.global ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level executives.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong background in selling in partnership with GSIs and partner ecosystems.
  • Expertise in sales frameworks, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Must be based in the United States.
