What you will do

  • Define GTM plans with hirify.global Sales teams for partner portfolios.
  • Leverage technology alliances to drive joint pipeline and closed/won business.
  • Act as a partner advocate, evangelizing opportunities to hirify.global sales leaders and AEs.
  • Forecast alliance revenue and track KPIs (pipe-gen, deal reg, certifications) using Salesforce.
  • Execute pre-sales technical alignment and services organization strategies.
  • Build territory plans with AEs to achieve defined revenue goals using historical data.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partners, alliances, or Sales, preferably in SaaS and IAM.
  • Experience executing co-sell models with Resellers, GSIs, and Cloud Providers.
  • Proven ability to drive influence and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Computing and Identity Management ecosystem trends.
  • Ability to formulate partnership vision and execution plans.
  • Must be able to travel as necessary.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CSP Co-Sell motions.
  • Sales Management experience.
