What you will do

  • Drive retention of recurring annual revenue and convert customers to subscription and multiyear contract structures.
  • Lead the renewals team to secure renewals, assist with upgrades, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor daily activity, pipeline staging, and performance metrics using Salesforce, NetSuite, and Tableau.
  • Provide timely and accurate revenue forecasts to North America Core IT leadership.
  • Develop the team through real-time feedback, training, and daily goal setting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, product, finance, and support to execute internal processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines and able to work the night shift.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service.
  • Minimum 4 years in a quota-carrying role with demonstrated achievement.
  • Experience in the software industry with knowledge of on-premises, subscription, and SaaS licensing models.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and scale teams against aggressive growth targets.
  • English: Fluent verbal and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite, Outreach, Gong, and Gainsight.
