Partner Enablement Manager (Cybersecurity): Designing and executing enablement strategies to equip channel partners with knowledge and tools to drive hirify.global's business in emerging markets with an accent on train-the-trainer models and IAM expertise. Focus on transitioning territories from direct-sales to partner-led models and optimizing Quote-to-Cash workflows.

Location: Must be based in Poland. Requires travel to San Francisco, CA HQ for onboarding during the first week.

Salary: 225,000 – 300,000 PLN

What you will do

• Develop and execute enablement strategies to move partners from recruitment to "Tech Champion" status.
• Adapt internal trainings and sales plays into bespoke partner content using a train-the-trainer model.
• Ensure partner expertise in onboarding, product sales, presales, service delivery, and customer success.
• Train partners on self-service tools, including quoting, lead management, and deal registration.
• Educate partners on licensing models, pricing strategies, and incentives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate content creation.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Channel Enablement or Sales/Presales Training.
• Proven understanding of Identity Security and Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and CRM/Partner Portal workflows.
• Ability to shift territories from direct-sales to independent, partner-led models.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must be based in Poland.
