What you will do
- Own and drive full business performance of key accounts, including sell-in, sell-out, and inventory health.
- Execute transformational joint business plans and negotiate commercial terms, including pricing and marketing investments.
- Manage sales forecasting and demand planning to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive in-store execution, promotions, and partner activities to exceed sell-out targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for seamless execution.
- Analyze shopper trends to maintain sharp and relevant channel strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the smartphone retail, consumer electronics, or telco industry.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets and closing commercial deals in complex environments.
- Experience managing major retail partners (e.g., Com7) and telecom operators (e.g., AIS, True) is highly preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong bias-to-action and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
