What you will do

• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thailand.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing and Content teams to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular communication and meetings.
• Pitch and onboard new hotels to expand the provider network.

Requirements

• Proven 5 years’ experience in contracting within Tour Operating, DMC, Hospitality, or Bed Banks in Thailand.
• Must be based in Thailand to facilitate field work and partner meetings.
• Deep knowledge of the Thai market and established contacts with key industry players.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Availability for frequent travel within Thailand.
