What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process to defend market share and ensure high customer retention across the territory.
  • Drive incremental revenue growth by negotiating year-over-year price uplifts and contract expansions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor account health and align product value with customer ROI.
  • Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, specifically engaging with Economic Buyers and Champions.
  • Utilize Salesforce and the MEDDPICC framework to qualify opportunities and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer by communicating product feedback and feature gaps to the Product and Commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in renewal lifecycle management and consultative B2B selling in complex environments.
  • Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating price-increase objections and complex multi-year contract restructurings.
  • Proficiency in the MEDDPICC framework or a similar rigorous sales qualification methodology.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and monthly revenue forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive commercial decisions using data from large account portfolios.
