What you will do
- Engage with C-level executives to identify new opportunities with large enterprise customers
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans to maximize wallet share and meet business objectives
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and seamless experiences
- Drive sales excellence through processes, metrics, and relationship building with influencers and partners
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure strategic alignment
Requirements
- 10+ years in field sales selling enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives
- 5+ years selling to Conglomerates/Large Enterprises and BFSI sector
- In-depth technical understanding of automation and digital transformation
- Proven consultative strategic sales record with C-level prospects
- Experience building CXO relationships for business expansion
- Demonstrated success in long-term account strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in local language
