Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead relationships with clients and agency players, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Coordinate client projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including estimation, resource assignment, and invoicing.
• Develop innovative proposals to capture account growth and new business opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive incremental sales.
• Analyze business relationship performance using metrics to establish strategic priorities.
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior and senior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field (MBA/Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive account management experience in a creative design agency or consulting environment.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect).
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
