What you will do
- Act as the single operational owner for IBCC, overseeing customer service, servicing, collections, and back-office functions.
- Monitor operational health via KPIs, volume trends, and SLA performance to surface risks to senior leadership.
- Drive cross-functional resolution of issues by triaging problems and tracking them to closure.
- Coordinate operational readiness for product releases, defining support requirements and agent enablement.
- Design and document compliant and scalable servicing processes for payments, disputes, and fraud claims.
- Identify and execute automation or AI-assisted improvements for manual workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations or program management within fintech, credit cards, or financial services.
- Proven track record of driving alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of credit card/lending operations, including collections and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and diagnosing operational issues from data.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex details into executive updates.
- Must be based in the United States (specifically Illinois or California).
Nice to have
- Experience with small business or commercial-focused credit card servicing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LoanPro, or card servicing systems.
- Experience working with bank partners (e.g., WebBank).
- Exposure to BPO management, QA, or vendor oversight.
