What you will do
- Lead end-to-end discovery and deep-dive engagements to identify process and operating model improvements within business functions.
- Develop value theses and decision materials for executive review, defining problems, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes.
- Translate discovery outputs into governance-ready proposals aligned with enterprise standards and decision frameworks.
- Collaborate with program and project managers to support rollout, change management, and enablement.
- Establish measurement approaches to track realized benefits against defined baselines and business KPIs.
- Influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Sales to drive alignment without formal authority.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in management consulting, transformation offices, or business operations (or 12+ years with an advanced degree).
- Strong preference for experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or fintech corporate environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through execution.
- Experience in structured discovery, including workshops and process walkthroughs in complex organizations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
