Manager, Revenue Operations (SaaS/AI): Designing, governing, and optimizing end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partners, and Finance with an accent on operating models, governance frameworks, and AI capabilities. Location: USA - Hoboken, NJ (-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days office, 3 days remote each week)

What you will do
- Define and document end-to-end operating model from lead to renewal, establish global governance frameworks including funnel definitions, forecasting methodology, and deal approvals.
- Drive cross-functional rhythm-of-business cadence including QBRs, MBRs, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and executive readouts with templates, dashboards, and best practices.
- Support global forecasting methodologies, monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities for leadership.
- Partner with GTM executives, Finance, Operations, and Strategy to align booking policies, revenue recognition, and annual planning cycles like segmentation and quotas.
- Ensure consistency of operating norms across regions, segments, and lines of business.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Programs, or related roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM motions
- Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics for forecasting, pipeline visibility, deal risk, and revenue predictability
- Comfort with AI-powered tools for productivity, reporting automation, and decision support
- Demonstrated ability to design operating models, governance, and scalable processes; exceptional program management for business cadences
- Strong analytical mindset, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills; familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), forecasting tools, BI/reporting
