What you will do
- Manage restaurant partner relationships and translate business objectives into card-linked offer strategies.
- Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and account management toolkits to enable internal teams.
- Design marketing campaigns tailored to partners within the technical framework of the card-linking platform.
- Coordinate with platform vendors and data partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues related to campaign setup, transaction matching, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing program, partnership, or account management.
- Working knowledge of card-linking technology or transaction-based marketing.
- Must be based in the US (unable to offer work sponsorship).
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or financial services/payments industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with platforms like Cardlytics, Figg, Kard, or Rewards Network.
- Background in dining rewards programs or food and beverage industry partnerships.
- Experience working with card networks or payment processors.
