What you will do

• Manage restaurant partner relationships and translate business objectives into card-linked offer strategies.
• Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and account management toolkits to enable internal teams.
• Design marketing campaigns tailored to partners within the technical framework of the card-linking platform.
• Coordinate with platform vendors and data partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues related to campaign setup, transaction matching, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing program, partnership, or account management.
• Working knowledge of card-linking technology or transaction-based marketing.
• Must be based in the US (unable to offer work sponsorship).
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or financial services/payments industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms like Cardlytics, Figg, Kard, or Rewards Network.
• Background in dining rewards programs or food and beverage industry partnerships.
• Experience working with card networks or payment processors.
