TL;DR

Federal Sales Manager (Aerospace, Defense and FSI): Driving revenue growth within the Aerospace, Defense and Federal Systems Integrator vertical with an accent on new logo acquisition and expansion of the install base. Focus on leading complex contract negotiations, developing strategic relationships with key federal accounts, and leveraging a deep Defense Industrial Base network.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be a U.S. Person and available for travel to the DC area and in-person onboarding in San Francisco or Chicago.

Salary: $288,000 — $432,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and meet quarterly/yearly targets for Aerospace, Defense and FSI accounts.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline via outbound visits and proactive interactions.
  • Establish long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product adoption.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations.
  • Travel to the DC area as needed.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience selling technology, preferably in the FSI space.
  • Proven track record of closing complex services and solutions in competitive environments.
  • Extensive network within the Defense Industrial Base.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) to access federal data.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent applicable experience.
