What you will do

• Conduct technical due diligence for solar and battery energy storage assets for lenders and investors.
• Execute solar resource and yield simulations using PVsyst to create production forecasts.
• Analyze historical operating data from PV power plants to fine-tune production assumptions.
• Develop and quality-review technical reports suitable for commercial and contractual use.
• Communicate with stakeholders ranging from project developers to financial institutions.
• Perform site visits to evaluate electrical, civil, and structural components of solar systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in energy systems, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in engineering or business consulting within the renewable energy sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing PVsyst for solar production forecasting.
• Experience with bifacial modules, single axis trackers, and storage hybrid systems.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills.
