What you will do

• Provide disciplinary leadership and development for technical teams, including task allocation and prioritization.
• Manage the test field, capacity planning, and ensure smooth operation of test benches and systems (including FAT).
• Implement and optimize intra-team and cross-team processes, standards for documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Develop strategies for engineering, simulation, and testing, and create concepts for test bench upgrades.
• Analyze and evaluate measurement and simulation results while reporting directly to the CTO.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in senior roles within aerospace, energy, or automotive industries.
• Proven track record in leading complex development projects from R&D to market launch.
• Deep expertise in systems engineering, thermodynamics, and energy conversion.
• Proficiency in handling measurement, simulation, and testing systems.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich area (Hybrid).
