What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all activities at contract manufacturer (CM) facilities.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets are consistently achieved.
• Collaborate with program management, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to align operational goals.
• Deliver executive-level reports on production performance and strategic initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and business alignment.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise in quality management systems, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of operational excellence on the shop floor.
• Strong experience managing contract manufacturing relationships.
• Deep understanding of battery energy storage systems and enclosure fabrication.
