What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues for battery systems both remotely and on-site.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and technical support.
• Provide onsite technical support and training to customers on system operation and safety.
• Manage third-party contractors and ensure compliance with contractual terms and service-level agreements.
• Document service activities, maintenance records, and technical reports accurately.
• Respond to emergency service requests and resolve issues under time-sensitive conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of proven experience in field service, preferably within battery systems, energy storage, or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
