What you will do

• Develop and own the company-wide BESS market strategy, including segmentation, growth opportunities, and long-term vision.
• Serve as the primary global interface with top BESS OEMs, integrators, utilities, and technology partners.
• Lead Voice of the Customer (VoC) efforts to capture requirements and align them with the innovation roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure execution of BESS projects.
• Define and track critical KPIs measuring profitability, market share, and overall leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the BESS market, power electronics, or renewable energy sectors.
• Deep technical and commercial understanding of BESS architectures, safety systems, and protection technologies.
• Proven track record in leading market strategy or product leadership in complex global markets.
• Ability to travel globally 30–50%.
• Must be based in North Carolina, USA.
