What you will do
- Identify and research prospective customers via outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and business needs
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize messaging and campaigns
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting targets
- Communicate product value proposition and use cases effectively
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS/B2B tech sales essential; localization/translation experience preferred
- 1–3 years in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling objections
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Prior experience with startups or high-growth companies
