Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating lead volume and warm introductions for acquisition teams with an accent on inbound and outbound business development. Focus on uncovering customer needs, qualifying potential clients, and articulating the benefits of WordPress solutions.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Austin, TX (in office Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: $45,000 base, $55,000 OTE

What you will do

• Research and catalog contact, account, and opportunity information.
• Generate inbound and outbound leads to consistently achieve monthly quotas.
• Develop relationships with prospects to communicate the advantages of WordPress solutions.
• Collaborate as part of a selling team focusing on initial relationship development.
• Use effective sales techniques to uncover and address customer needs.
• Articulate the benefits of solutions to prospective customers across various industries.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Exposure to Solution Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, Sandler, or SPIN methodologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM applications.
• Must be based in Austin, TX to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
• Strong communication skills over phone, chat, and email.
• Ability to quickly qualify potential clients.
