What you will do

  • Drive territory growth via net new logo acquisition and cultivation of existing hirify.global Platform customers.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to generate a predictable pipeline and deliver bookings.
  • Engage and build networks with C-suite decision-makers in prospect accounts.
  • Negotiate and close complex agreements to meet and exceed revenue quota targets.
  • Collaborate with xDRs, Presales, and GSI partners to identify new opportunities.
  • Apply a value-based sales approach and a compelling point of view to every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to evangelize products and create demand with C-level decision makers.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of selling in partnership with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem.
  • Expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work model.
