What you will do

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior leaders at strategic consulting and accounting firms.
  • Identify and develop a strong sales pipeline using established methodologies.
  • Educate market contacts on hirify.global’s product capabilities and value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for new business, upgrades, and add-on sales.
  • Lead account management activities, including renewals and contract negotiations.
  • Support client success projects to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling enterprise SaaS software to professional services firms.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-million-pound pursuits and consultative sales processes.
  • Strong existing network within the consulting or accounting vertical markets.
  • Ability to influence and engage at the board or executive level.
  • Proficiency in maintaining CRM data and strategic account planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of AI technologies.
  • MBA degree.
  • Prior experience in legal, financial services, or banking sectors.
