TL;DR

Area Sales Director, Enterprise (SaaS/Identity): Develop and lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to drive territory growth and achieve sales targets with an accent on building high-performing sales culture, pipeline management, and strategic planning. Focus on recruiting top talent, accurate forecasting, market intelligence, and executing enterprise business plans for net new and existing customers.

Location: Must sit in the Northeast region; travel to Chicago, IL office required for in-person onboarding during first week. #LI-Hybrid

Salary: From $360,000 — $495,000 USD (OTE for San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

  • Attract, recruit, hire, and mentor Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Build an inclusive, results-driven team culture with accountability and transparency.
  • Lead by example, coach on activity standards, and resolve conflicts rapidly.
  • Deliver and overachieve quota targets through data analysis and sales growth strategies.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; manage pipeline coverage and metrics.
  • Develop and execute Enterprise Business plans, sales force structure, and pipeline generation strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years building and running Enterprise sales teams in software industry
  • 3+ years as front-line sales leader
  • Must sit in the Northeast region
  • Deep SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market knowledge and consultative selling mastery (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
  • History of meeting/exceeding targets; strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Technical aptitude for selling to C-level executives in IT, security, or business applications.
