What you will do

• Define the vision and strategy for the event screen experience to improve how millions of fans choose tickets.
• Design and execute a roadmap of growth-focused wins and differentiated bets in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Blend user research, data, and domain knowledge to abstract the complexity of the ticketing process.
• Research and implement emerging technologies and AI to reshape consumer shopping behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to integrate rich content such as video, images, and maps.
• Provide mentorship to early-career designers and enhance UX team culture and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of product design experience shipping impactful consumer products at scale, ideally in marketplace and mobile contexts.
• Experience with both iterative, experiment-driven approaches and zero-to-one initiatives.
• Proficiency in modern prototyping tools such as Figma, Loveable, or Claude.
• Strong fluency in data, with the ability to translate UX research and analyst insights into design decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals.

• Experience leveraging video, images, or user-generated content to create superior user experiences.
