What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences for cancer care and second-opinion services on mobile and web platforms
• Create wireframes, journey maps, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research, discovery, and usability testing to validate designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on feasibility and strategy
• Evolve shared design system for consistency across experiences
• Present designs to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and insights

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX or product design with strong shipped portfolio
• Experience in healthcare or complex regulated domains preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in UX, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent
• Expertise in UX methodologies: user research, contextual inquiry, usability testing
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-enhanced design tools
• Strong visual design and complex journey prototyping skills
• Excellent communication and agile team collaboration
