Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the design and experience across all web surfaces, including the homepage, product pages, and documentation.
• Own major launch moments alongside Marketing to ensure releases are visually compelling and aligned with the narrative.
• Establish and maintain visual quality, patterns, and consistency through scalable design systems.
• Partner with Product Designers and Engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation of designs.
• Drive the long-term web roadmap, focusing on storytelling, experimentation, motion, and conversion.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in web, visual, or product design with a portfolio showing exceptional craft.
• Strong expertise in UX, layout, typography, visual design, and storytelling.
• Experience designing for technical, B2B, or developer-focused products.
• Ability to work within HTML, CSS, and React constraints to collaborate closely with engineers.
• Systems-thinking approach to design rather than focusing on one-off pages.
• Must be based in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Front-end development experience.
• Experience with Motion, animation, WebGL, three.js, or experimental UI work.
• Experience designing technical storytelling for developer tools or infrastructure.
