What you will do

• Lead UX vision for the new PWS Mobile App, unifying hirify.global’s mobile ecosystem into one cohesive experience.
• Design mobile-first features including onboarding, device configuration, key customization, firmware management, and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Ensure seamless continuity between mobile app and Logi Options+ desktop software.
• Own visual and interaction design with pixel-perfect execution, micro-interactions, and accessibility per WCAG standards.
• Conduct user research on mobile contexts and translate insights into product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams; present to senior leadership; contribute to mobile strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive UX design experience in consumer-facing mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
• Deep knowledge of mobile platform guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design).
• Experience with complex device ecosystems, hardware-software integration, design systems, and multi-platform UX patterns.
• Strong systems thinking for shared patterns across mobile, desktop, and cloud.
• Excellent proficiency in Figma (advanced workflows) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Lead or Senior Designer experience with outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Portfolio showing complex consumer software design and systems thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered features, prompt engineering, or conversational UI.
• Motion design or After Effects skills.
• Ability to code for prototyping.
• Bluetooth-connected or hardware-enabled mobile apps.
