Creative Manager (Growth & Transformation): Developing core consumer-facing products for financial institution partnerships with an accent on user-centered design, UX/UI optimization, and team management. Location: Hybrid schedule required, based in South Charlotte, NC Headquarters or New York City, NY campus (Tuesday-Thursday in office, remote Mondays and Fridays). Not open to visa sponsorship or transfer including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor corp-to-corp.
Salary: $100,000β$140,000 total cash compensation per year (NYC: $125,000β$165,000).

What you will do
- Deliver polished visual designs and extend design systems for UX/UI optimization.
- Develop expertise in user problems, business goals, and competitive gaps.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers from concept to launch.
- Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and lead workshops.
- Build and iterate prototypes based on data, UX research, and feedback.
- Manage and mentor creatives, providing critique and balancing execution with strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing consumer-focused tech across web, mobile, apps.
- 1+ years managing designers.
- Strong portfolio in visual design, interaction design, typography, usability, and creative strategy.
- Fluent in Figma, prototyping, design systems.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration.
- Eagerness for AI in design ops and understanding of financial domain.
- Proactive with time management, adaptability, and data-driven UX research.
Nice to have
- UX research testing experience (e.g., userlytics.com).
- Animation and branding experience.
- SEO best practices familiarity.
