Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives to translate findings into actionable design insights.
• Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Create and refine complex workflows, navigation systems, and intuitive interfaces to enhance usability.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UX frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards through testing and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of user-centered work.
• Proven expertise in user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping.
• Experience working within Agile/SCRUM environments in cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Bootstrap.
