What you will do
- Generate a long-term pipeline and consistently deliver revenue targets for YoY growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies to identify and close net new enterprise logos.
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in Product, Engineering, and Architecture.
- Negotiate and close complex agreements to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
- Collaborate with the Okta ecosystem (xDRs, Presales, Partners) and key SIs/AWS.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and align with executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
- Proven track record of pitching and closing to Product and Engineering leadership.
- Strong technical acumen regarding the product development lifecycle and DevOps.
- Expertise in sales frameworks, specifically MEDDPICC.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Tokyo, Japan.
