Account Executive (SaaS)

What you will do

• Generate a long-term pipeline and consistently deliver revenue targets for YoY growth.
• Develop and execute account strategies to identify and close net new enterprise logos.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in Product, Engineering, and Architecture.
• Negotiate and close complex agreements to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
• Collaborate with the hirify.global ecosystem (xDRs, Presales, Partners) and key SIs/AWS.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and align with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven track record of pitching and closing to Product and Engineering leadership.
• Strong technical acumen regarding the product development lifecycle and DevOps.
• Expertise in sales frameworks, specifically MEDDPICC.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Tokyo, Japan.
