Salary: $139,000 - $198,000 (USD) / $180,000 - $225,000 (CAD)

What you will do
- Translate engineering pain points into a prioritized roadmap for CI/CD, build systems, and internal tooling.
- Own the end-to-end developer experience, reducing friction across developer environments and observability.
- Champion the integration of AI and agentic tooling into developer workflows to create operational leverage.
- Track and report on developer experience health using DORA metrics and qualitative insights.
- Write detailed technical specifications, framing problems and defining explicit success criteria.
- Communicate platform health and technical tradeoffs to engineering leadership and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada (specifically British Columbia or Ontario).
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a background in engineering or ownership of platform/DX products.
- Ability to read code and engage substantively with technical architecture documentation.
- Direct familiarity with CI/CD systems, build pipelines, and observability platforms.
- Proficiency in developer productivity metrics, specifically DORA.
- Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing LLM-based tools and agentic systems.
