Salary: $192,000 — $264,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team to orchestrate an integrated demand-generation engine.
- Develop marketing plans to grow partner-sourced pipeline across Strategic, Enterprise, Commercial, and Public Sector segments in the Americas.
- Architect the global Cloud Service Provider (CSP) marketing strategy and define value propositions for CSP routes to market.
- Manage global Cloud and Americas’ partner marketing budgets and establish rigorous ROI measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with Global Partner Sales, Field Sales, and Product Marketing to integrate partners into GTM plans.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with marketing leaders at critical AMER and global CSP partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner, field, or growth marketing within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of leading marketing teams and managing substantial budgets.
- Deep understanding of Channel/Distribution models and the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) ecosystem.
- Strong financial acumen to translate marketing activity into financial outcomes and ROI.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Must be based in the United States (specifically Washington or Illinois).
