Location: North America / Americas (United States)

Salary: $285k–$330k plus 30% bonus

What you will do

  • Own strategy, orchestration, and field adoption of integrated campaigns and ABM programs across North America.
  • Build NA regional activation plans, maintain sales alignment, and manage the marketing calendar for integrated presence.
  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for flagship events like Symposium and City Tours, integrating them into broader motions.
  • Drive NA partner execution, joint GTM plans, and activation programs with key partners.
  • Establish bi-directional feedback loops with sales and refine programs based on field performance and data.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in B2B marketing with experience in demand generation, field marketing, or integrated campaigns at scale.
  • Proven track record owning pipeline contribution from marketing programs with data-backed results.
  • Deep ABM experience including account selection, orchestration, and measurement.
  • Strong digital marketing acumen, test-and-learn mindset, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing flagship events accountable to business outcomes and partner co-marketing in North America.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, bias for action, and operational rigor; SaaS/digital experience preferred.
