Location: Hybrid Mountain View, CA (in-office 2-3 days per week)

Salary: $190,000 – $280,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead growth marketing strategy across web, paid media, demand generation, and content.
  • Scale a growth engine to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable revenue impact.
  • Optimize the company website as a strategic asset to improve positioning and conversion.
  • Define paid media investment models with accountability for performance and efficiency.
  • Establish a data-driven operating cadence for goals, investment decisions, and optimization.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team with a culture of accountability and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with senior leadership in growth or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline in both product-led and sales-led environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View, CA office.
  • AI literacy: hands-on experience leveraging LLMs to increase productivity and automate tasks.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational altitudes.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with analytics, data, AI, or enterprise software markets.
  • Experience supporting global GTM teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
