What you will do
- Develop collaborative partnerships with sales leadership and distribution partners to achieve revenue goals and public safety requirements.
- Lead and coach a team of marketers to execute programs, channel activities, and product launches.
- Manage the sales development team by defining strategies and metrics to grow the qualified lead pipeline.
- Produce annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with the public safety mid-term plan.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure customer and channel partner needs are integrated into product development.
- Lead the regional integration of new products into the portfolio via positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- Minimum 12 years of B2B marketing experience, specifically with capital equipment distribution networks.
- 5-7 years of team management experience.
- Proven expertise in channel marketing and lead generation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to travel within North America 20-30% annually.
