What you will do

  • Develop collaborative partnerships with sales leadership and distribution partners to achieve revenue goals and public safety requirements.
  • Lead and coach a team of marketers to execute programs, channel activities, and product launches.
  • Manage the sales development team by defining strategies and metrics to grow the qualified lead pipeline.
  • Produce annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with the public safety mid-term plan.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure customer and channel partner needs are integrated into product development.
  • Lead the regional integration of new products into the portfolio via positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Minimum 12 years of B2B marketing experience, specifically with capital equipment distribution networks.
  • 5-7 years of team management experience.
  • Proven expertise in channel marketing and lead generation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to travel within North America 20-30% annually.

  • Experience working with manufacturer reps and buying groups.
