Location: San Francisco, CA, United States (home-office based, requires travel)
Salary: $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive sales of products, software, and services through all commercial classes of trade in the designated territory.
- Conduct sales meetings and product knowledge training for customers and distribution partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and end-user attitudes; report insights to management.
- Document sales activities, forecasts, leads, and interactions in CRM software.
- Attend conventions, trade shows, and events to support business development.
- Manage territory budget including travel, entertainment, and administrative expenses.
- Penetrate end-user facilities to sell the full product line including safety products and security hardware.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of field sales experience
- Proven track record in commercial/industrial sales
- Experience with CRM software
- Ability to travel as required
Nice to have
- Experience in security, safety lockout (LOTO), and electrical arc flash safety sales
