Salary: $176,000 — $242,000 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for Legal Knowledge Management and Training aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Okta University, and L&D to unify company-wide legal training approaches.
- Design and produce engaging on-demand content, live training sessions, and a scalable onboarding program for new Legal hires.
- Strategically build and optimize legal content for seamless ingestion and governance by internal AI models and bots.
- Establish standards for knowledge capture and lifecycle management using AI-driven search and workflow automation.
- Mentor the Training & Knowledge Management Specialist and report program effectiveness metrics (ROI, adoption rates) to the Director of Legal Operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years focused on Training and Knowledge Management.
- Experience supporting an in-house Legal department or paralegal experience is required.
- Proven expertise in building wikis, e-learning courses, and training curricula.
- Experience optimizing content for AI models and search engines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, or a related field.

- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Highspot, WalkMe, Articulate, and TAP.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories and best practices.
- Experience leading complex change management initiatives in a global enterprise.
