What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic pipelines for highly specialized engineering and architectural roles across Jacobs.
• Conduct deep market research and competitor mapping to guide hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Identify and nurture passive candidates through targeted outreach and long-term relationship building.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and calibrate technical profiles.
• Analyze talent availability and compensation trends to influence decision-making.
• Utilize Avature and LinkedIn CRM/ATS tools to track engagement and market insights.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within A/E, EPC, industrial, or other technical environments.
• Strong ability to identify and engage passive engineering talent using advanced sourcing and market mapping.
• Solid understanding of engineering disciplines and technical workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Must be located in or able to work in Portland, OR.

• Previous experience working with semiconductor facility design firms.
