Senior Recruiter (Data Center Solutions)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Pittsburgh, Chicago, Dallas, Charlotte, New Orleans, and Kansas City.

Salary: $74,285–$118,856 annually.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for specialized data center talent.
• Build pipelines for data center operations, technician, and critical facility support roles.
• Identify recruiting challenges and consult with stakeholders on creative solutions.
• Evaluate tools and technologies that improve sourcing effectiveness and the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop partnerships and networks that support diverse candidate slates and an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and full-cycle recruitment; data center recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with recruiting policies, practices, and employment law.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and clients.
• Experience creating sourcing strategies and using social media, applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, consulting, client focus, and continuous improvement skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
